David Scott (politician) - David Scott (born June 27 1946), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 2003, representing the 13th District of Georgia (map). He was born in Aynor, South Carolina, was educated at the University of Pennsylvania, and was a business owner and a member of the Georgia House of Representatives and of the Georgia Senate before entering the House.
